செய்முறை நேர்த்தி தலைமைக்கு முதற்படி
பரமாத்முடு என்னும் பாடலை கற்குமாறு என் பெண்ணிடம் விழைக்க எண்ணுகையில், அப்பாடலின் அடி எண்ணத்தில் பிழன்று பாதமே துணை என்னும் மற்ரோர் பாடலின் அடியாக என் நாவில் விளைந்தது.
இரு பாடல்களும், இரு வேறு தலை சிறந்த கவிஞர்களால் தத்தம் வாழ்க்கையின் அனுபவங்களை கவிதைகளாக வடித்து தம் வாழ்நாள் முழுதும் பயின்று பதப்படுத்திய கர்நாடக முறையில் இசை அமைத்து, அவர் தம் தடை இல்லாத அன்பின் பெருக்கால் பயிற்று வைக்கப்பட்டு தலை முறை தலை முறையாக நம்மிடம் வந்தமைந்த செல்வங்கள். அவ்விரு கலைஞர்களுடைய பரிமாணங்கள் மிகவும் வித்யாசமானவைகள்; ஆயினும் இரண்டும் தம் உண்மையால் இன்பமூட்டுபவைகள்.
இப்பொழுது என் நா பிழன்ற கரணம் என்ன என்பதை இரு முறையில் அணுகலாம்: 1. ஏதோ தவறுதல் என்று மேலும் பொருட் படுத்தாது விடலாம். இம்முறையில் மறுபடியும் அது தவறு நடவாதிருக்க உபாயம் ஒன்றும் இல்லை. 2. மூல முதற் கரணம் என்ன என்று ஆராய்வு செய்யலாம். இம்முறையில் எனக்கு மட்டுமின்றி அனைவருக்கும், இந்த காரணம் பற்றி நா பிறழாதிருக்க உபாயம் என்ன என்பதை உணர்ந்து அனைவரும் பயன் படும் படியாக வெளிப்படுத்தலாம்.

ஸ்மார்ட் என்று ஒரு தொழில் துறை நேர்த்தி முறை உலகினில் இன்று வழக்கில் உள்ளது.
SMART (Specific, Measurable, Assignable, Realistic, Time-related)
இந்த முறையை விளக்க நமக்கு நன்கு தெரிந்த உவமைக்கு, உப்பு சத்யாக்ரஹா அல்லது தண்டி சத்யாக்ரஹத்தை எடுத்துக்கொள்வோம்:
1930 ஆம் ஆண்டு காந்தி, 78 இளைஞருடன் (சிலருடைய உடலின் முதுமையை உள்ளவலு மறைத்தமையால் அவர்களையும் இளைஞர் என்று சேர்த்தேன்) உப்பு காய்ச்ச கடல் நோக்கி நடந்த வரலாறு. பார்ப்போர் அதற்கு பல பெயர் இட்டனர். காந்தியோ அவருடன் நடந்தவர்களோ வேறு நினைவின்றி தன்னுடையது தனக்கென்ற உண்மையை வெளியிட கடின உழைப்பால் வெளிப்படுத்த மேற்கொண்ட செயல்.
என்னை ஈர்த்தது அதில் அடங்கிய,
செய்முறை மேன்மை
உண்மையை தன்னிடமாக்கியமை, பற்றி வந்த மேன்மை
உயிர் வதை செய்தலாகாது என்ற மென்மை பற்றி வந்த மேன்மை
(சத்யாக்ரஹம் என்று தமிழ் படுத்துவது நடை முறையில் உள்ளது- அது சம்ஸ்க்ருத மொழி சொல். சத்யாக்ரஹா என உச்சரிக்கும் போது நம்மக்கு மூல மொழியின் மேல் மதிப்பை அளித்து நம் பண்பை வளர்க்கும்; நம்மை வளர்க்கும்)
Specific:
ஒரு காரியத்தை தொடங்கும் முன், என்ன செய்கிரோம் என்ன செய்யப்போவதில்லை என்பதை கிளியராக நிர்ணயம் செய்ய முடிவதாக இருக்க வேண்டும்.
(உதாரணம்: காந்தி அலஹாபாத்திலிருந்து தாண்டி வரை நடந்து சென்று உப்பு காய்ச்வது என்று நிர்ணயித்தார்; என்ன எதிர்ப்பு வரினும் உயிர் வதை செய்தலாகாது எனவும் நிர்ணயித்தார்)
Measurable:
செய்து முடித்துவிட்டோமா இல்லையா என்று தெளிவாக நிர்ணயம் செய்ய முடிவதாக இருக்க வேண்டும்.
(உதாரணம்: உப்பு கையில் இருக்கிறதா இல்லையா என கிளியராக நிச்சயிக்க முடியும்; யாரேனும் தன்னை தாக்கினார்களா இல்லையா எனவும் நாம் பிறரை தாக்கினோமா இல்லையா எனவும் கிளியராக நிச்சயிக்க முடியும்.)
Assignable:
நம் ஒருவரால் செய்ய முடியாத காரியமாக இருந்தால் சரியாக பிறருக்கு பகிர்ந்து கொடுக்கும் வகையில் இருக்க வேண்டும்; நாம் ஒருவரே செய்ய முடிய கூடியதாயினும் எதிர் பாரத காரணத்தால் செய்ய இயலாமற் போகுமெனின் பேரர் உதவியை நாடும் வகையில் இருக்க வேண்டும்.
(உதாரணம்: 61 வயதான தன் ஒருவரால் செய்ய முடியாதென்று நிர்ணயித்து தன் ஒத்த மனநிலை உடையவர்களை உடனழைத்து அவருடன் சென்றார். )
Realistic:
நம் சக்திக்கும் நம் இருக்கும் சூழ்நிலையின் வரை முறைகளுக்கு உட்பட்டதாகவும் இருக்க வேண்டும்
(உதாரணம்: மூலப்பொருட்களான கடி நீரும் நிலமும் சூரிய ஒளியும் அவரது. சாலையில் நடப்பது அவருடைய உடல். சாலையில் நடக்க உரிமை உண்டு. நேரமும் அவை பிறருக்கு கமிட் செய்து கொள்ளாதது. அதனால் பிறர்க்கு தொல்லைஅளிக்காதது. )
Time-related:
எப்பொழுது ஆரம்பிக்க போகிறோம் எப்பொழுதிக்குள் முடித்தால் நாம் நிர்ணயித்த பலன்களை அடைய முடியும் என்று ஆரம்பத்திலேயே நிர்ணயம் செய்ய முடிவதாக இருக்க வேண்டும்.
(உதாரணம்: என்று நடக்க போகிறார் என்று முடியும் என்பதை குத்து மடிப்பாக நிர்ணயிக்க முடியும். நடக்கும் போது அடி வாங்கினதால் தாமதம் இருந்திருக்கும்; அவர் அன்று நடந்திராவிட்டால் என்ன விளைவை பாரதம் எதிர் நோக்கி இருக்கும் என்பதை புரிந்து கொள்ள நம்மிடம் வேண்டிய ஆதாரங்கள் இல்லை- அவசியமும் இல்லை ஏனெனில் அந்த ரிஸ்க் இவன்டச்சுவேட் ஆகவில்லை. )
அன்று அடிபட்டு தம் கடின உழைப்பினால் சுதந்திரம் ஈட்ட 79 இளைஞர் நடந்து உப்பு காய்ச்சியது உண்மை. செய் முறையில் நேர்த்தியை பரிணமிக்க உண்மை ஆதாரமெனின், உண்மைக்கும் கடின உழைப்பிற்கும் வேறுபாடு இல்லை என்பது என் கனிவான கருத்து.
