I must have had an ancestor in the distant past who hailed from the land that spand the Adriatic and Tyyhenian seas otherwise its hard to explain the explosion of joy in my mouth when I so much as think about olives, cheese and tomatoes - not to mension my girlish alligence to the holywood stardom studded with actors of Italian descent.

No offense meant, to my simplistic pallet, all non Indian savory dishes I make are anchored on my understanding of Italian vegetarian and hence I group them under basil.
